Item Availability
Please note that all custom items are constructed only after your purchase. Due to demand, your order may take between 2 and 6 weeks to construct, depending on the item.

- Sale items are always in stock and ship immediately.
- Non-Custom items indicate a shipping time frame in the item details.
- Your order will be sent out in plain packaging.


Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on http://www.crystalflipflops.co.uk and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.


Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays within the United Kingdom.

Orders shipped outside the UK require an additional fee.
