Damaged or Defective Items, Return Rules and Restrictions

Due to the unique nature of our custom products, we are unable to offer refunds on our custom products.

Products purchased from us through our site are stringently tested before shipping to ensure they are of satisfactory quality. However, Should a product returned by you because of a defect, within the warranty period, Crystal Flip Flops will carry out any necessary repair at no cost additional to you.

Should a product require repair after the warranty period has expired, a sensible fee will be charged depending on the nature of the repair and reshipping. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Return Instructions
For items being shipped to our repair department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by Royal Mail, UPS and other carriers. Please include a note about your claim, your return address and a check for £5.00 (payable to CrystalFlipFlops.co.uk) to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.
