ORDERING & PAYMENT

Changing or Cancelling Your Custom Order
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unique nature of our custom products, we are unable to offer refunds on our custom products. Once we begin construction on a custom product, we are unable to cancel the order.

If you place an order and would like to change or cancel, you must contact us directly within 24 hours of order placement at either +44 (0) 151 549 1353 or service@crystalflipflops.co.uk


E-mails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

(example) Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

(example) Backorder/Advanced Sale Notice. This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.


Payment Options
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
PayPal is available for international orders.
We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account, but please allow 28 days for delivery.


Sales Tax
