How long does it take to receive custom Crystal Flip Flops?
Our normal production time is about 2-4 weeks, though during busier seasons, it can take as long as 6 weeks. If you have concerns on the timing of your order, please contact us.

Why does it take so long to receive my Crystal Flop Flops?
Every Crystal Flip Flop is custom made from scratch after your order is placed. Once we receive an order, we have to gather all of the appropriate materials to your design and cut and bond them together to make your Crystal Flip Flops. We think you'lll find the results are well worth it!

Where are your Flip Flops made?
All Crystal Flop Flops are made at our studio in Liverpool, England. Making Flip Flops here definitely forces us to keep our costs higher than we would like, but we feel that it is important to support our local infrastructure. It will be a sad day when you can no longer have a high quality shoe made in the United Kindom, and unless brands commit to sourcing domestically, this industry will not be able to be sustained.

Do the colors on my computer screen look exactly like the real product?
It is impossible for us to guarantee that what you see on your screen is going to be exactly the same colors as what you see on our custom products.

Computer screens (particularly those on laptops) all have different calibrations and things as subtle as the lighting of the room your computer is in can effect how a Flip Flop displays on your screen. If you have any questions about the colors on any of our prints, feel free to contact us.


PRODUCT CARE

Crystal Flip Flops are made from the highest quality 100% Havaianas flip flops from Brazil, and the very best Swarovski Crystals. To clean the rubber portions of your Flip Flop, we recommend using a damp cloth and a mild soap. Always try on a very small piece of strap of similar first to make sure there is no discoloration.

Avoid heavy scrubbing actions as this may cause pilling and discoloration of the rubber. For removal of heavy stains, you may want to try OxyClean. We highly recommend treating your Crystal Flip Flops with Scotchgard fabric treatment, we have found this makes cleaning stains from the fabric much easier.


REPAIR POLICIES / WARRANTIES

Crystal Flips Flops stands behind all of its merchandise with a six month warranty. We are more than happy to handle repairs (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect. These repairs should be directed to our customer service department. It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks for repairs to be completed.

Like any good pair of shoes, Flip Flops tend to show wear over time (particularly when worn on sand). This is perfectly normal, but always feel free to contact us to find out our tips for keeping them looking good as new.

For items being shipped to our repair department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by Royal Mail, UPS and other carriers. Please include a note about your claim, your return address and a check for £5.00 (payable to CrystalFlipFlops.co.uk) to cover the cost of return shipping and handling. Flip Flops can be sent to:
